My name is Thomas Frost, a PIC Design Engineer at Infinera in Sunnyvale, CA. I completed my Ph.D. in electrical engineering at the University of Michigan in 2015, researching III-V materials and devices grown by molecular beam epitaxy with Prof. Pallab Bhattacharya. I recieved my B.S.E and M.S.E in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan in 2011 and 2013, respectively.
My doctoral research has involved work on the growth, fabrication, and characterization of III-Nitride based optical devices. My current research interest include:
